Box comes with 4 servings of the following: the week's ripe vegetables and/or fruit, the seasonal soup, the seasonal salad, one homebaked loaf of bread, some wild edibles, one dozen eggs, a small bouquet of flowers, wild or locally grown mushrooms, one entree with pasture-raised/grass-fed/healthy animal meat, one vegetarian entree, and a healthy (but delicious) dessert made using that month's seasonal fruit.
